Homework for November 29

Today in class, you all worked really hard to put your paragraphs in an article trying to write an introduction and a conclusion. I will read your articles and give you feedback on Tuesday. In class on Tuesday I will give you time to revise your articles.

For your homework, please do the following:

1. Revise the paragraph I returned to you today with my comments. Write another draft and attach it to the first draft and bring both drafts to the next class to be handed in.

2. From the additional materials distributed in class, please read about complex sentences and do Practice 8 (parts A and B).

3. Organize your papers / materials (handouts, additional materials etc) in a folder and bring it to class.
